“I’m starving Ray, what can I eat?” “I don’t know what to eat! I think I lost two pounds already this weekend…” “But… but… since I cut out carbs, I’m always hungry…” “Dude… seriously… I’m about to go insane.” Trust me. I’ve been through this one. Almost went crazy because I couldn’t eat anything. Or so I thought… Turns out there are a lot of things that I could eat. But instead of making a list of all the potential things that you could eat, I’m going to create a section on this site that documents meals that I’ve had throughout the day. What better way to simulate as if you’re actually sitting by my side and watching me pick foods that I think are okay?
